Clan Name: Kimu Tsuyoshi
Clan History: Kimu Tsuyoshi, A clan possessing great fighting potential at birth. The true location of the entire clan is unknown, but some suspect that the location of the clan is within a hidden village isolated from the five countries, a village were there are nothing but assassins. Their potential doesn’t lay with their Taijutsu Prowess, but in their skeletal structure themselves. At birth, the Child is born with a unique trait. Their Bones have been coated with the nigh-indestructible metal Adamantium. As a result, Their bones are virtually unbreakable, though the human body is normally not used to this which causes constant pains for 5 years of the childs life, the period of which the body become accustomed to it. When they become the age of 7, the Kids are trained in the way of the assassin, becoming killing machines when older. Because of the composition of the metal which gives off an chemical throughout the body, The Kimu Tsuyoshi’s body are incapable of accessing any forms of Element as it alters the very chakra system itself. It was these Aspects of the Kimu Tsuyoshi that made them a prize to the villages that knew about them. Possessing 1 alone would be an Ego booster amongst a village. In some parts of Kiri, there is a huge award for capturing a child.

Ketsueki kyūshū: Every clan member start with Ketsueki kyūshū which is the ability to absorb blood through their pores or to be more precise, Protein from the blood, in which the body stores the Protein for many uses granted by the clan. The more proficient they are in this ability, the more protein they are able to absorb within a period of time.

Description: Kimu Tsuyoshi Clansmen skeleton includes two retractable claws in each arm and one in each foot that she can extend and retract at will. These claws are housed beneath the skin and muscle. Unsheathing them causes their skin to tear and bleed, but the wounds are quickly dealt with by their healing factor "Tanpaku-shitsu no kasoku". The size of these claws are 1 feet. The Metal possess a unique ability to absorb protein from blood that they bath in, enabling the Kimu Tsuyoshi to store the proteins for other uses. The claws are naturally sharp and tougher than normal human bone, allowing them to cut through most types of flesh and natural materials.

Description: Kimu Tsuyoshi Clansmen storage of proteins are used in this ability, in which when dealt physical damage, the body access the stored proteins, accelerating their functions which grants accelerated healing that enables them to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human. They are capable of fully healing injuries resulting from massive tissue damage and blood loss such as multiple puncture wounds, slash wounds, and general damage done to the skin within a matter of minutes.
Effect: Regenerate Damaged/Destroyed Tissue utilizing Proteins
Cost: 1 Chakra + 1 Protein = 1 Stamina healed [ 3 Chakra + 3 Protein = 1 Stamina when its damage done to Vital organs. All Dmg must be Alleviated to restore Organ]

Description: Kimu Tsuyoshi Clansmen lack the ability to utilize Elements, which put them at a huge disadvantage against other Shinobi. Because of this, the clan members has trained themselves to access the fire affinity in a unique way. Lining the lower part of their claws with chakra, the Clan member would swing with full strength and full Attack Speed, causing the chakra to react with the oxygen around it and causing a burst of flames to occur and creating what would appear as a flame slash. This flame slash could range from 1-5 feet from the user.
Effect: Create a flame slash that can cause 2nd degree burns and Adds 100 dmg to "Hone Tsume"
Cost: 50 chakra per use

Description: Kimu Tsuyoshi Clansmen Ultimate technique used to annihilate their enemy. The Clansmen would extend all of the claws, and dash at their opponent. They will deliver a initial strike utilizing "Hone Tsume" + " Jigoku burittsu ". Upon landing the first strike, the Clansmen will deliver a series of 29 strikes after it which occur really fast not allowing the opponent to react to them, after the 28th strike, The Clansmen will jump back, and then jump towards the opponent with their leg out. The Claw in the feet will extend 10 feet which will cleave the opponent in half if it made contact.
Damage: 100 per strike
Cost: 50 Stamina or Chakra per strike
Length: Indefinite [Cannot be interrupted by the Target once the first strike has landed]
Word Cost: 5000
[Note: The amount of strikes can be increased by 1 for every 10 attack above 500 *Max 20 additional strikes*]

Clan Name: Hakumei (Tokage/ Waniguchi)
Clan History:

The Hakumei are a long respected and large clan of medical nin nestled deep in the bayous of Amegakure. They are a close knit family with traditions and values stemming back generation upon generation. Their long stemmed influences were cut down after the invasion of the Akatsuki into their home village many years ago, the Hakumei lost status much like everyone else in the village.

Around this time, the Hakumei had been expirimenting with combining the properties of various reptiles with themselves as a means to evade disease, poison, and other many very common ailments seen in Amegakure. This led to them gaining reptilian features such as scales ranging from forest green and near black to an ashy grey, slitted eyes that were usually golden in color, sharp teeth and claws as well as an acid sac, sometimes even a tail. They had planned that this transformation upon their own bodies would help give them an edge upon the Akatsuki who had turned their already poor home into an impoverished wasteland of apathy. However, their plot would take generations to go into effect and by the time even one Hakumei was perfect in the status of reptilian to be a threat to the powerful Akatsuki group, they had all been vanquished and Amegakure was a bigger mess than before.

The large clan began to slowly pick up the broken pieces of the little village. Being professed medical nin, they began to heal the injured and sick as well as teach people how to live off the land, the way they had for many years. Though their looks were off putting, the clan was welcomed with open arms in the time of Amegakure’s need, and slowly began to regain its influencial status and place of power in the village. Amegakure once again began to produce, and soon began to be known for various medicines, poisons, and all manner of apothecary powders and liquids produces straight from the swamps.

The uneasy peace in the world, and Amegakure’s sour reputation as the hideout of the infamous Akatsuki has led to Amegakure ceasing to grow. Even the influencial Hakumei could not produce trade for their small village. A pair of brothers known as Hakumei Tokage and Hakumei Waniguchi were split in their decision of how best to better the situation in their home.

Tokage: The Older brother, Hakumei Tokage sought to help the situation in Amegakure by becoming diplomats. The sly and subtle charms of the lizard took form as he used their DNA in his own as well as his children’s to give them subtle charms and grace as well as lightning quick reflexes to get themselves out of a situation turned sour. The Hakumei Tokages became known as fluid speakers and avid charmers, with lithe figures and endearing tones. They became studious negotiators that sought to solve their problems with as little violence as possible and if violence was nessecary may it be quick. They also came to retain more of the medical nin heritage. To this day, they are the main medical group in Amegakure and responsible for starting up a small hospital there as well.

Waniguchi: The younger brother, Hakumei Wanuguchi sought to keep the peace that had been so hard to obtain in Amegakure by implimenting sheer brute force. His studies led him to impliment the DNA of alligators known as kings of the swamp in himself and his children. They are a forceful group of nin, known for using intimidation tatics. They have a strong patriotism for their village and defend it’s honor tooth and nail. As such, Waniguchi’s children have all but given up their medical nin heritage, but adopted the position of heading the new police force in Amegakure, and with their larger than life statures, tough as nails skin, and a bite that could rand a man’s arm clean off, no one has sought to start trouble since.

The Tokage and Waniguchi branches both still get along and work closely together. There is no clan heirchy persay and the two clan branches work together for the benefit of their village at all times with the simple difference of they feel they each have a better way of how they go about it. Though these differences occassionally cause arguments, today in day the two branches are beyond that. Amegakure has hit an all time low in poverty due to the many trade embargos. As such the clan has sought out to train Tokage embassadors and Waniguchi enforcers to help bring wealth and breathe life back into the village they both care about.

Clan Proficiency: Taijutsu (Tokage: Speed and accuracy/ Waniguchi: Strength and Stamina)
Clan Weakness: The whole clan is cold blooded and does not do well in either cold climates or against any cold based attacks. The Tokage are frail in general and though they are quick they do not take hits well at all. The Waniguchi at large and strong, but they are not particularly quick or clever. They also have awful tempers. They can be easily angered and outsmarted. The whole clan also expriences a loss of control of their acid sac when they come down with a cold. This could result in coughing or sneezing up acid at unintended targets.

- Acid Sac: The clan has a natural sac of acid in their mouths allowing them to spit small amounts of acid. (This can be used at will, potency of the acid is dependant upon age of the character)Damage= The amount of Acid Chakra used.
-Acid chakra: Unique to this clan alone located within their acid sacs, the energy they use for their clan based techniques. Acid chakra = half the amount of max chakra. [Example 1000 chakra, Hakumei clan member would have 500 acid chakra.
-Natural Weaponry: The clan has scales that provide some armor as well as natural claws, sharp teeth, and some also boast a thick tail that can be used as another attacking appendage.
Tokage:
Scales: Gives a 10% added protection [towards physical attacks]
Claws: +20 damage
Teeth: +35 damage
(Optional) Tail: Long, slender and extremely flexible tail, increases agi by 25%.
Waniguchi:
Scales: Gives a 20% added protection [toward physical attacks]
Claws: +55 damage
Teeth: +70 damage
(Optional) Tail: Short and scaly tail, not flexible, Increases swimming speed by 25%, can be used like a club +65 damage.


Clan Cons:
-Acid Chakra only works towards clan based techniques.
-Cold blooded: They do poorly in cold enviornments or against cold attacks. (speed and agility is decresed by 10% in the cold. Double the normal damage of the attack when the attack is a cold based attack.)
-Colds and Acid: The whole clan expiriences a loss of control over their acid sac when they get a cold. This could mean accidentally coughing or sneezing acid at unintended targets such as a friend or an important object or document.
-Tokage: They do not take damage well at all. (Take 10-20% more damage than any physical based attack would notmally do.)
-Waniguchi: Easily angered and outsmarted (Must be at B rank to resist. Cannot properly perform jutsus while angered. Runs the risk of 40% not performing the jutsu at all 20% performing the incorrect jutsu. Genjutsu is twice as effective.)

Clan Gauge: Acid Spit: Every Hakumei is born with an acid sac and can spit acid at will from their mouth. The potency of the acid they spit increases with age of the character as well their expirience in being able to put the acid to different uses. The acid also takes time to do any actual damage. The more potent the acid, the quicker it can cause damage. (The list below is under the assumption of the base damage the acid can do in a post or two)

Skill Name: Suppai Ken no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The Jutsu is basically where one post is taken and the Hakumei clan member coats his weapon in his own acid, either by licking it or spitting on it. The same can also be done by coating his hands in his acid, but only if it is his own acid. A Hakumei cannot coat his brother in his acid as his brother would not nessecarily be immune.
Effect: The acid adds damage to an already potent physical attack be it a punch or a kunai. How much is calculated by the potency of their acid according to the previous chart.
Range: immediate range or the range of the weapon being coated
Length:The jutsu costs between 30-120 chakra to activate depending on the user’s rank, but the weapon stays coated in acid during the whole battle. *NOTE* Older Hakumeis no longer use this jutsu as their acid often damages their weapons!

Skill Name: Suppai Yoroi no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From:Hakumei Clan Gauge
Skill Rank: E-S
Description: A whole post to two posts is taken in preperation where the Hakumei strips down and then coats themselves in their own acid. This is calculated by if the character exceeds 6ft tall or 150lbs. Those characters would take 2 posts. The charracter also forfeits the armor of any clothing they may have been wearing as the acid would damage that armor. This jutsu is primarily performed in the nude. The user may also NOT coat an ally. Only THEY are immune to their own acid.
Effect: This is a move used in defense primarily as anything that hits the user barehanded stands to take damage as a result of touching them. Also any weapons that touch them have a chance of being damaged if the poison is potent enough.
Range: immediate
Length: The jutsu costs between 100-1000 chakra to perform depending on the potency of the user’s acid. It takes 1-2 posts to apply but lasts the rest of that battle.

Skill Name: Kontan Kashou no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjustu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge
Skill Rank: S Rank
Description: The skill actually pushes some of the weilder’s chakra into their acid sac, infusing some of their acid with the chakra and giving it a temporary more potent effect.
Effect: The acid now has the capability to burn through its next target even though that substance may be solidified chakra or chakra infused. A good example would be a puppet master’s Chakra strings or a blade infused with Chakra to make is stronger.
Range: 30-40ft max
Length: The jutsu intially costs 40%+960chakra to activate and would normally dissipate after one post. However it can be upkept at a cost of 7%chakra per round after initial activation.

Tokage:
Skill Name: Genwaku Dangan no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Tokage)
Skill Rank: E
Description: A very simple jutsu most Tokage learn at a young age, this jutsu is meant to be primarily defensive. The Tokage mixes their acid with their saliva to water it down. This mixture is then aimed at the eyes of a threatening opponent to temporarily blind them.
Effect: Once the acid hits the opponent in the eyes, the opponent expiriences a fierce burning pain in the eyes as though they have just had lemon juice and salt squeezed into them. The opponent also becomes temporarily blinded.
Range: 20ft max
Length: The opponent remains temporarily blinded for 1 post per the Tokage performing the jutsu’s rank. (ex. An E ranked Tokage would blind a character for 1 post)






Skill Name: Suppai Kakuhan no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Tokage)
Skill Rank: B
Description: The Tokage creates a long chakra string though does not attach it to anything. Instead, they coat it with a healthy amount of their acid infused with Chakra and use this as a whip in combat.
Effect: Objects hit with the acid whip take the damage of a normal whip with additional acid damage depending on the potency of the acid fo the weilder.
Range: 10ft (range of the whip)
Length: The jutsu costs 10% of total+250 chakra to activate but lasts the rest fo the fight unless the whip is somehow broken.

Waniguchi:
Skill Name: Wani Soshaku no Jutsu
Skill Type: Taijutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Waniguchi)
Skill Rank: E
Description: A Waniguchi can redirect their chakra into their jaws for a powerful and bone crushing bite with strength that far exceeds that they would normally have. The wanuguchi can even lift his own body weigth with nothing but his jaws using this technique.
Effect: A bitten character or object would experience the normal attack as standard with the strength of the Waniguchi performing it as having doubled for the turn. The Waniguchi may then choose not to let go of their target as opening the jaws becomes much harder after they have clamped shut. However, this massive increase of strength is ONLY active in the JAWS.
Range: Imeadiate
Length: The jutsu costs 30 chakra to perform and 20 chakra each additional turn that the user is keeping it active. Once it is no longer in use, the bite becomes as a normal bite by a character of their strength.

Skill Name: Suppai Kumo no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gague (Waniguchi)
Skill Rank: B
Description: Using their acid, the Waniguchi vibrates the air in his mouth, esophagus and stomach, mixing it with the acid to let out a small cloud of airborne acid.
Effect: Once the foggy green cloud of acid escapes the Waniguchi’s lips It travels of it’s own free will about 5ft per post in whatever direction the wind is blowing. It effects whatever it touches as if the Waniguchi has directly spit on it by 10% less damage. If breathed in, the person who breathed it in takes extra damage as if hit by the Waniguchi’s acid directly and additional 50% for it hitting internal organs.
Range: The cloud is a 7ft cloud of noxious gas that travels 5ft per post.
Length: The jutsu lasts an average of 5 posts wandering around the field until it dissipates. It costs 10% of total+250 chakra to use each time and does not hurt the user if they pass through he cloud, however it might damage their gear.

The Hakumei are a long respected and large clan of medical nin nestled deep in the bayous of Amegakure. They are a close knit family with traditions and values stemming back generation upon generation. Their long stemmed influences were cut down after the invasion of the Akatsuki into their home village many years ago, the Hakumei lost status much like everyone else in the village.

Around this time, the Hakumei had been expirimenting with combining the properties of various reptiles with themselves as a means to evade disease, poison, and other many very common ailments seen in Amegakure. This led to them gaining reptilian features such as scales ranging from forest green and near black to an ashy grey, slitted eyes that were usually golden in color, sharp teeth and claws as well as an acid sac, sometimes even a tail. They had planned that this transformation upon their own bodies would help give them an edge upon the Akatsuki who had turned their already poor home into an impoverished wasteland of apathy. However, their plot would take generations to go into effect and by the time even one Hakumei was perfect in the status of reptilian to be a threat to the powerful Akatsuki group, they had all been vanquished and Amegakure was a bigger mess than before.

The large clan began to slowly pick up the broken pieces of the little village. Being professed medical nin, they began to heal the injured and sick as well as teach people how to live off the land, the way they had for many years. Though their looks were off putting, the clan was welcomed with open arms in the time of Amegakure’s need, and slowly began to regain its influencial status and place of power in the village. Amegakure once again began to produce, and soon began to be known for various medicines, poisons, and all manner of apothecary powders and liquids produces straight from the swamps.

The uneasy peace in the world, and Amegakure’s sour reputation as the hideout of the infamous Akatsuki has led to Amegakure ceasing to grow. Even the influencial Hakumei could not produce trade for their small village. A pair of brothers known as Hakumei Tokage and Hakumei Waniguchi were split in their decision of how best to better the situation in their home.

Tokage: The Older brother, Hakumei Tokage sought to help the situation in Amegakure by becoming diplomats. The sly and subtle charms of the lizard took form as he used their DNA in his own as well as his children’s to give them subtle charms and grace as well as lightning quick reflexes to get themselves out of a situation turned sour. The Hakumei Tokages became known as fluid speakers and avid charmers, with lithe figures and endearing tones. They became studious negotiators that sought to solve their problems with as little violence as possible and if violence was nessecary may it be quick. They also came to retain more of the medical nin heritage. To this day, they are the main medical group in Amegakure and responsible for starting up a small hospital there as well.

Waniguchi: The younger brother, Hakumei Wanuguchi sought to keep the peace that had been so hard to obtain in Amegakure by implimenting sheer brute force. His studies led him to impliment the DNA of alligators known as kings of the swamp in himself and his children. They are a forceful group of nin, known for using intimidation tatics. They have a strong patriotism for their village and defend it’s honor tooth and nail. As such, Waniguchi’s children have all but given up their medical nin heritage, but adopted the position of heading the new police force in Amegakure, and with their larger than life statures, tough as nails skin, and a bite that could rand a man’s arm clean off, no one has sought to start trouble since.

The Tokage and Waniguchi branches both still get along and work closely together. There is no clan heirchy persay and the two clan branches work together for the benefit of their village at all times with the simple difference of they feel they each have a better way of how they go about it. Though these differences occassionally cause arguments, today in day the two branches are beyond that. Amegakure has hit an all time low in poverty due to the many trade embargos. As such the clan has sought out to train Tokage embassadors and Waniguchi enforcers to help bring wealth and breathe life back into the village they both care about.

Clan Proficiency: Taijutsu (Tokage: Speed and accuracy/ Waniguchi: Strength and Stamina)
Clan Weakness: The whole clan is cold blooded and does not do well in either cold climates or against any cold based attacks. The Tokage are frail in general and though they are quick they do not take hits well at all. The Waniguchi at large and strong, but they are not particularly quick or clever. They also have awful tempers. They can be easily angered and outsmarted. The whole clan also expriences a loss of control of their acid sac when they come down with a cold. This could result in coughing or sneezing up acid at unintended targets.

- Acid Sac: The clan has a natural sac of acid in their mouths allowing them to spit small amounts of acid. (This can be used at will, potency of the acid is dependant upon age of the character)Damage= The amount of Acid Chakra used.
-Acid chakra: Unique to this clan alone located within their acid sacs, the energy they use for their clan based techniques. Acid chakra = half the amount of max chakra. [Example 1000 chakra, Hakumei clan member would have 500 acid chakra.
-Natural Weaponry: The clan has scales that provide some armor as well as natural claws, sharp teeth, and some also boast a thick tail that can be used as another attacking appendage.
Tokage:
Scales: Gives a 10% added protection [towards physical attacks]
Claws: +20 damage
Teeth: +35 damage
(Optional) Tail: Long, slender and extremely flexible tail, increases agi by 25%.Can be used like a whip: +35 damage
Waniguchi:
Scales: Gives a 20% added protection [toward physical attacks]
Claws: +55 damage

(Optional) Tail: Short and scaly tail, not flexible, Increases swimming speed by 25%, can be used like a club +65 damage.


Clan Cons:
-Acid Chakra only works towards clan based techniques.
-Cold blooded: They do poorly in cold enviornments or against cold attacks. (speed and agility is decresed by 10% in the cold. Double the normal damage of the attack when the attack is a cold based attack.)
-Colds and Acid: The whole clan expiriences a loss of control over their acid sac when they get a cold. This could mean accidentally coughing or sneezing acid at unintended targets such as a friend or an important object or document. Effect: Jutsu proficiency of Clan technique drops 35%
-Tokage: They do not take damage well at all. (Take 20% more damage than any physical based attack would notmally do.)
-Waniguchi: Easily angered and outsmarted (Must be at B rank to resist. Cannot properly perform jutsus while angered. Runs the risk of 40% not performing the jutsu at all 20% performing the incorrect jutsu. Genjutsu is twice as effective.)

Clan Gauge: Acid Spit: Every Hakumei is born with an acid sac and can spit acid at will from their mouth. The potency of the acid they spit increases with age of the character as well their expirience in being able to put the acid to different uses. The acid also takes time to do any actual damage. The more potent the acid, the quicker it can cause damage. (The list below is under the assumption of the base damage the acid can do in a post or two)

Description: The Jutsu is basically where one post is taken and the Hakumei clan member coats his weapon in his own acid, either by licking it or spitting on it. The same can also be done by coating his hands in his acid, but only if it is his own acid. A Hakumei cannot coat his brother in his acid as his brother would not nessecarily be immune.
Effect: The acid adds damage to an already potent physical attack be it a punch or a kunai. How much is calculated by the potency of their acid according to the previous chart.
Range: immediate range or the range of the weapon being coated
Length:The jutsu costs between 30-120 chakra to activate depending on the user’s rank, but the weapon stays coated in acid during the whole battle. *NOTE* Older Hakumeis no longer use this jutsu as their acid often damages their weapons!

Skill Name: Suppai Yoroi no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From:Hakumei Clan Gauge
Skill Rank: E-S
Description: A whole post to two posts is taken in preperation where the Hakumei strips down and then coats themselves in their own acid. This is calculated by if the character exceeds 6ft tall or 150lbs. Those characters would take 2 posts. The charracter also forfeits the armor of any clothing they may have been wearing as the acid would damage that armor. This jutsu is primarily performed in the nude. The user may also NOT coat an ally. Only THEY are immune to their own acid.
Effect: This is a move used in defense primarily as anything that hits the user barehanded stands to take damage as a result of touching them. Also any weapons that touch them have a chance of being damaged if the poison is potent enough.
Range: immediate
Length: The jutsu costs between 100-1000 chakra to perform depending on the potency of the user’s acid. It takes 1-2 posts to apply but lasts the rest of that battle.

Skill Name: Kontan Kashou no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjustu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge
Skill Rank: S Rank
Description: The skill actually pushes some of the weilder’s chakra into their acid sac, infusing some of their acid with the chakra and giving it a temporary more potent effect.
Effect: The acid now has the capability to burn through its next target even though that substance may be solidified chakra or chakra infused. A good example would be a puppet master’s Chakra strings or a blade infused with Chakra to make is stronger.
Range: 30-40ft max
Length: The jutsu intially costs 40%+960chakra to activate and would normally dissipate after one post. However it can be upkept at a cost of 7%chakra per round after initial activation.

Tokage only:
Skill Name: Genwaku Dangan no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Tokage)
Skill Rank: E
Description: A very simple jutsu most Tokage learn at a young age, this jutsu is meant to be primarily defensive. The Tokage mixes their acid with their saliva to water it down. This mixture is then aimed at the eyes of a threatening opponent to temporarily blind them.
Effect: Once the acid hits the opponent in the eyes, the opponent expiriences a fierce burning pain in the eyes as though they have just had lemon juice and salt squeezed into them. The opponent also becomes temporarily blinded.
Range: 20ft max
Length: The opponent remains temporarily blinded for 1 post per the Tokage performing the jutsu’s rank. (ex. An E ranked Tokage would blind a character for 1 post)

Skill Name: Suppai Kakuhan no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Tokage)
Skill Rank: B
Description: The Tokage creates a long chakra string though does not attach it to anything. Instead, they coat it with a healthy amount of their acid infused with Chakra and use this as a whip in combat.
Effect: Objects hit with the acid whip take the damage of a normal whip with additional acid damage depending on the potency of the acid fo the weilder.
Range: 10ft (range of the whip)
Length: The jutsu costs 10% of total+250 chakra to activate but lasts the rest fo the fight unless the whip is somehow broken.

Waniguchi only:
Skill Name: Wani Soshaku no Jutsu
Skill Type: Taijutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gauge (Waniguchi)
Skill Rank: E
Description: A Waniguchi can redirect their chakra into their jaws for a powerful and bone crushing bite with strength that far exceeds that they would normally have. The wanuguchi can even lift his own body weigth with nothing but his jaws using this technique.
Effect: A bitten character or object would experience the normal attack as standard with the strength of the Waniguchi performing it as having doubled for the turn. The Waniguchi may then choose not to let go of their target as opening the jaws becomes much harder after they have clamped shut. However, this massive increase of strength is ONLY active in the JAWS.
Range: Imeadiate
Length: The jutsu costs 30 chakra to perform and 20 chakra each additional turn that the user is keeping it active. Once it is no longer in use, the bite becomes as a normal bite by a character of their strength.

Skill Name: Suppai Kumo no Jutsu
Skill Type: Ninjutsu
Skill From: Hakumei Clan Gague (Waniguchi)
Skill Rank: B
Description: Using their acid, the Waniguchi vibrates the air in his mouth, esophagus and stomach, mixing it with the acid to let out a small cloud of airborne acid.
Effect: Once the foggy green cloud of acid escapes the Waniguchi’s lips It travels of it’s own free will about 5ft per post in whatever direction the wind is blowing. It effects whatever it touches as if the Waniguchi has directly spit on it by 10% less damage. If breathed in, the person who breathed it in takes extra damage as if hit by the Waniguchi’s acid directly and additional 50% for it hitting internal organs.
Range: The cloud is a 7ft cloud of noxious gas that travels 5ft per post.
Length: The jutsu lasts an average of 5 posts wandering around the field until it dissipates. It costs 10% of total+250 chakra to use each time and does not hurt the user if they pass through he cloud, however it might damage their gear.

Personality: He is a stuck up prick of stuck up pricks. Despite being severely old and in dire need of retiring, he refuses to retire until he finds a proper pupil. The problem is, he can't pick one... because the only way to find him is to follow a summoned fox to his lair, where he'll blabber nonsense at you for half an hour until he falls asleep.

He is possibly senile, and very annoyingly so. Sometimes he'll forget what he's doing at the time and just doze off. His combat abilities are quite high though, and he will more often than not epically win against anyone who wishes to be his pupil... in his sleep.
History: Since childhood he was an astounding person. His combat skills far outmatched anyone his age to a few years older. He was like a pit bull in a cage, born to fight, bred to kill. He was a wild one and stayed as such all the way into adulthood. But he was well founded and grew up to become a great ninja.

At age 17 he made a contract with the Fox Summon people, and since then has been otherwise nothing but kind to people as a bind to his contract. However, being kind, has never meant to completely respect people, and he will occasionally laugh at their downfalls and gloat. His misbehavior has caused his contract to weaken to the point where he can only summon weaklings. However when he summons the weaklings he had complete control over what they were to do from years of being a summoner of them.

Through the years he has earned the title of Sage through the simplicity of being the only person who summons Foxes. He is the only one, because due to his contract issues, he made the Foxes really weak-looking with only minor summons and such.

Most of the things seem fine. I would say Alter the jutsus as some of them are not what is in the jutsu archive. Jutsus not on the site must be submitted through the jutsus permits in the correct format where it will be checked and approved/denied.

Once thats done, then approved

Mmkay. I am going to try for a unique puppet component for my character's puppetized arm. So... Here it goes!

Custom Trap: Dual-Arm Joint Separation Contraption
Description: A specialized arm built in such a way as to dislocate at the elbow into two separate forearms. Thereby giving the user the advantage of having two arms connected at the elbow that can converge into one arm for concealment purposes. When both arms and hands are active it gives the user an extra five digits for which to create puppet strings.
Complexity: 15
Cost: 100

Just kinda guessed at the complexity and cost. Though technically this could just be a model of puppet arm rather than a puppet addition for my puppet arm. But I'll leave that up to you. Either way works for me lol

Ooookkkk....let's start from the top....

Firstly the weapon is no, let me explain why....

many of the abilities you want the weapon to have, such as siptting out chakra and absorbing wind and fire chakras as well as only being able to work for sharingan users are things only a very high level tool nin or tool master could do. This means you would either need to go start a thread and find a tool master to make this blade for you or have Setsuna become a tool nin and tool master himself. In fact, some of those abilities are so strong, some of the cannon swordsmen fo the seven deadly sins don't just wave around a blade and whiplash a blast of chakra at yuo without having to cast a whole seperate jutsu they had to create first.

If you are still interested in creating this blade as something for Setsuna, this is what you need to do. You need ot start with a VERY basic blade. I mean like Guppy's first Samekiba which wasa run of the mill basic Hawaiian Koa with NOTHING special about it. Then invest some points into becoming a Tool Nin and eventually a tool master. Work on your blade over several threads and voila, you can have this blade in a period of time. Guppy's sword may look and seem badass, but it started as a basic Hawaiian Koa, was destroyed twice, she's a tool nin and I've worked that sword over 4+ threads.
