She can control and reshape and even color every sheet at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. She can also hide exploding tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her opponent. She is capable of hovering while in paper form, and does not require her wings to do so. In this form, she is weak to oil-based techniques, which causes the paper to stick, but she is not weak against water to the same extent. Paper can also use water to her advantage, by soaking her paper body in water so that flames and heat would not burn her.
Effect: Placing chakra into sheets of paper, Ori can manipulate sheets of paper to her will. Bending and folding and shaping them to however she pleases. As the technique grows in strength more features of it comes to light.
Starting at E rank, Ori is able to turn her body and cloths into sheets of paper that she can use to create whatever she pleases.
Next at D rank, Ori acquires a stronger density to them as they could be hardened to the point where it equals that of metal itself.

- When the items are incorporated, The chakra cost for Baku tags will be Added in per tag when utilizing them with the technique.
- Cutting through metal Im okay with, but in order to cut through metal it will have to do more damage than tolerance. If it doesnt have a tolerance then it will just have to be used at S rank in order to do so. Also one final note, if it is capable of decapitating people ( So seen it coming Via Paper cut of death Joke XDD ) Its total damage need to be x2 more than the base damage of Decapitations, Example : Cutting off Entire Arm/Leg : 500, so its total damage must be 1000 or more in order to decapitate the arm/leg.

Description: Firion is a combination of shape transformation and later on Nature transformation. A technique created by Setsuna in his academy years of his life. Firion takes the shape of sphere with string like laces that is easily swayed by his current movements, originally the laces comes from the inside of the sphere and spreads outwards, maintaining the texture and color. The sphere is crimson and inside has what looks like a smaller blue outlined sphere inside. The smaller sphere takes up over half of Firion's total mass . Initially shaping the technique by positioning both his hand in the center of his body. While in his stature he shapes his chakra in a sphere and infuses it with fire release chakra.
Effect: A Rank: In it's beginning stages Firion is more than less a chance attack. It explodes on him more often than most, giving him slight damage to his body. But on the chance that it does hit his opponents it sears the area that was hit with an almost defiant 3 degree burn. Causing a sharp intense feeling of pain, quickly followed by the buring sensation of an 3 degree burn.
Range: Close Range
Length: It lasts the turn it was used. if not used with in 3 turns the jutsu is cancel and the chakra is wasted. The intense pain will last for the rest of the battle.

This look's good though I feel as though you misunderstood the purpose of a chakram, it's an indian weapon which is meant to be used as a throwing weapon, though it can also be used in close combat, but their better purpose is to throw them. So because I'm generous I'll allow that you can throw the chakrams with the restriction that it becomes visible when thrown.

Another thing though when combatting against metal, it's perfectly alright but I'm not going to simply enjoy it that it'll slice through it with no problem since me and Athrun have discussed cutting through metal one would have to overpower the said object being cut.

So your damage in order to cut through metal would have to be higher than it's tolerance.

Also when coming in contact with the human body its going to hold a different effect towards it so as not to simply slice through it with ease and little chakra cost.
Its total damage needs to be x2 more than the base damage of Decapitations, Example : Cutting off Entire Arm/Leg : 500, so its total damage must be 1000 or more in order to decapitate the arm/leg.

Other than that, you're good to go.

Through having the chakra nature of Lightning, Uchiha Zack has created a technique where he internally mold Raiton chakra in his hands and ONLY his hands. When ready, the chakra seeps out and channels into an object that is either an "Metal" or "Alkali Metal", allowing him to project it at high speeds with destructive power based on the Metal/Alkali Metal used and the Chakra put into the attack. Due to the nature of the technique, the metal used melts because of the atmospheric friction, limiting the range of the attacks depending on the metal used. Zack often uses coins for the attack, which usually go 50 meters max. Based on the Metallic object used, the object can either possess destructive capabilities, or Piercing capabilities. It is displayed as an object with a beam of electricty following behind it, causing rocks and other loose objects in the immediate area of the launch point to shoot outwards. There is a downside to using bigger objects, though they could go longer distance, during that period the object is being broken down/melting so the damage is heavily reduced.
Effect: Launches projectile at high speed through electricity, which has a possibilty of either piercing or breaking.

Length: the ember goes out three seconds after contact. This is still enough time to light something on fire.

Description: A jutsu following the creation of the Railgun technique. They aren't the same in terms of not only the elements, but the flaregun does not require any objects, capable of being fired from his finger tips. The fashion he performs it for optimal use is by motioning his fingers as if it's a gun, then place his other hand directly beneath it as if he was holding an actual gun. From his finger a searing beam is shot with the same range capabilities of the Railgun. Whats unique about this technique is it's ability against Wind jutsus. When passing encountering Fuutons, it does not destroy it, but pierce through the area of concentrated wind, and in the process absorbs part of it's power making the beam all that much powerful. In normal cases where the wind jutsu is destroyed, it just have its strength reduced while the Flaregun's strength is increased.
Effect: Fires off a Searing beam from any of his finger tips

Molding fire chakra and utilizing the focus form, Zack will cause fire to shoot from the palm of his hands or the soles of his feet, giving him the extra boost needed to twist and turn in the nature he deeds needed to evade an attack coming at him in mid air. The power of the flames only allows that, and can possibly be used offensively if used in close range combat. This doesn't help against wide range attacks though.

He will launch a ball of flames which once it reach a certain height will explode, alerting other Shinobi in the area for assistance. When it explode it gives off a bunch of different colors like fireworks. This is also used to draw enemy shinobi to his location if the situation calls for it. The colors released from the explosion is capable of hindering sight temporarily

The fire itself hold a down graded version of the core Firion has, but with less boom in it . The Jutsu individual fire balls has the power to crush boulders and leave weaker metals in pieces. Draguvain has a limit of letting out 15 of these over a course of 3 post (continuous doesn't stop)
Effect: The area becomes a fire hazard, heating it up to all within 3 posts. After the 3 posts if the area is wooded or grassy than it would catch a blaze.
Range: It has a 100 ft circumference

Notes:
[Setsuna has the option of forcing them out at higher speed locked on towards the opponent, But once the fire ball leaved the source it's no longer guided.]
[If he doesn't think he can take the damage of the normal rain fall, he use a last resort option where the ball expands with the power of individual falling balls and becomes a SUV sized meteor. He has yet to actually use this in combat so it never been seen]

If used against techniques that have a tolerance, example a wood technique with a tolerance of 500. You would have to match it's to match it to blow it apart. So you know you would have to use more than one bombs against things with a stronger tolerance than a single bomb can muster. With that in mind, this technique is accepted.

While learning the Fuuton Affinity, he took the time to notice that it was good for support type techniques. This technique allows the user to jump higher, move faster, and fly. He does this by manipulating the wind around him to give him a instantaneousness boost, it's hard to detect taking no less then a millisecond to happen. In the case of flying well thats a little harder on him, seeing as he has to maintain a certain amount of concentration of else he would fall. When in air they is no visible presence of him being able to fly, the only thing that would hint off to him actually flying is the subtle movement of his clothes.
Effect:
Increase speed and agility +50 and Allows flight up to 70Mph at the limit.
010% - He Is moderately good at Jump boost and mediocre at the Running Boost | No speed boost/ No flight
040% - Has mastered the Jump boost in too a degree the running boost| 10+ speed and agility and flight up to 35MPH
070% - Has mastered the Jump and Running Boost | 25+ speed and agility and flight up to 54MPH
100% - Has complete mastery of the technique and can dodge in mid air | 50+ Speed and Agility and Flight up to 70MPH

Description: The user makes their skin rough and jagged to the touch, but it’s normally not noticeable until the opponent is up close.
Effect: Once the user has made their skin shark like, if the enemy tries to grapple them or bare handedly hit them, they will take small amounts of damage as if grabbing a shark bare handed.

Length: This jutsu lasts 4 posts

Skill Name: Suiton: Sango no Ori
Skill Type: Suiton

Description: The user summons forth a massive array of coral reefs from the ground to entangle and ensnare an opponent.
Effect: The coral immobilizes the enemy for a few turns. It does no actual damage.
Range: up to 20ft away from the user. Cannot be used if the opponent is directly in front of the user.
Length: The jutsu normally only lasts 3 turns. For each turn after that the user wants to keep someone or something ensnared they have to spend half the original charka spent to use this jutsu.

Effect: The cat fish latch on to the opponent and begin to suck the opponent dry of charka. Anywhere between 2-10 catfish can be formed at a time. These fish are only really noticeable by those with special techniques that would allow them to see or sense unseen creatures. Note: They ONLY drain charka! They DO NOT do damage!
Range: As far as the water allows the fish to swim
Length: Each fish only feeds for 3 posts before it is considered full and vanishes or up to 5 posts while not feeding.

Description: The technique is a succession of hand seals that forms a very confused looking puffer fish out of water. Upon being grabbed, the puffer fish becomes scared and puffs up. After that it’s only a matter of time before it explodes.
Effect: The jutsu can form a single or up to five puffer fish depending on how many chakra the user expends on the technique. The fish when thrown will stick to whatever they are thrown at and blow up after a few seconds. If two fish are within proximity of each other and one blows up, the other will blow up instantly afterwards out of reaction. The fish do as much damage as 4 explosive paper tags each one. Note: The explosion CAN hurt the jutsu user if they are too close!
Range: The explosion spans out within 20ft of the fish that blew up in a radius. The fish can go as far as they are thrown.
Length: The fish all last until they blow up.

This jutsu is really only effective in areas with a lot of moisture in the air, and as the moisture in the air lessens or is heavier, it effects the effectiveness of the jutsu, so choice of location is key when performing it.
Range: Close
Length: The jutsu only lasts one post.

However this technique has a secret, a darker ability if abused, instead of focusing the healing into one specific area, the user floods the entire body with healing chakra, while at first the healing has no noticeable negative effects, eventually the body would become saturated in healing energy causing the cells to rampage throughout the body causing growths to break out all over the subject's body, causing the body to produce additional limbs, eyes ears noses increased height, body mass and other such things both internally and externally as the bodies regulation system that controls such production goes haywire and out of control. eventually the body would become a monstrous lump of flesh full of uncountable cancers and tumors, unable to speak or move and soon would die afterwards as the body was unable to continue and support it.

Instead of forcing the user's shadow up to the target's body and strangling them, the user instead has their shadow grab and constrict different points of the targets body in order to shatter and break bones so that the target cannot run away or forcefully break free.
Effect: once the target has been captured, the Nara user can direct their shadow to grab a hold of different parts of the target and twist, bend or constrict it to deal fractures and breaks as if striking with their hands. This deals rank taijutsu damage plus 50 damage per 10% of the gauge mastered to shatter or crush.

However since they are immaterial they do not actually do any physical damage, instead since the chakra nature wishes to balance the subject's chakra will be damaged in the place of health. once the blade has absorbed the chakra kokuou can siphon off the energy stolen for his own use or use the blade to send energy into an ally.
Effect: while using this technique kokuou can create any non-unique weapon as a shadowy copy, dealing damage normally with any skills, the only difference is that instead of stamina being depleted it is instead chakra that is reduced. if the weapon was held, Kokuou can absorb what was dealt in chakra damage back into himself restoring his chakra amount, or use that energy to infuse it into an ally within range. If the weapon was thrown, the immaterial weapon stays in place for one post after contact before it and the chakra contained within it dissipates.

Effect: This technique allows Kokuou to target an opponent's shadow with physical attacks, or techniques like Kagebuku, but not other kinds of ninjutsu like Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release • Grand Fireball Skill] for example, and deal actual damage, by targeting the subject's shadow and transferring the damage to the body dealing damage to the subject's internal organs or damaging muscle tissue.

I'd like to see a gauge for this one and what sorts of medicines are represented by each percentage. That can better determine how this jutsu is going to work in a thread.

It would be almost invasive to the clan and a little inexplicable as to how a shinobi without the special gland and reproduce the same toxin.)

(I would like to see the gauge on this one as well to see up to how extreme the poisons the person can handle are. I'm also removing the ability to reproduce the poison in the blood, saliva and breath as many nin that have this ability are of special clans or have special organs to do so. It would be almost invasive to the clan and a little inexplicable as to how a shinobi without the special gland and reproduce the same toxin.)
Just adding a little note, The Skill Rank tells you how much chakra cost the technique is. A Rank: Costs 25% of Total Chakra + 480 Chakra. Plus in order to become immune to poison's you'd actually have to be poisoned several time before you can build up an immunity to it. 480 chakra per turn.

Description: a medical technique created to allow those who were critically injured or near death to regenerate fully the damage that they faced, even if the damage was the loss of a limb by manipulating the brain's pituitary gland and carefully targeting the source of the injury to awaken the dormant cells that would regrow and heal the subject's wounds completely. However this technique has a secret, a darker ability if abused, instead of focusing the healing into one specific area, the user floods the entire body with healing chakra, while at first the healing has no noticeable negative effects, eventually the body would become saturated in healing energy causing the cells to rampage throughout the body causing growths to break out all over the subject's body, causing the body to produce additional limbs, eyes ears noses increased height, body mass and other such things both internally and externally as the bodies regulation system that controls such production goes haywire and out of control. eventually the body would become a monstrous lump of flesh full of uncountable cancers and tumors, unable to speak or move and soon would die afterwards as the body was unable to continue and support it.
Effect: This technique allows the user to use the Shousen no jutsu at twice the healing capacity as normal, so a medical nin would be able to spend 500 chakra instead of 250 and a medical master could spend 5000 instead of 2500, by concentrating and healing an amount equal to the cost to sever a limb, the user is able to regenerate and repair damage done to the subject, as long as they are still alive. If the user decides to perform the Koete-Furimukeru: Saisei Hakai [Overchannel: Regenerative Destruction] side of the technique, they must channel 1.5 times the subject's total health [example: the subject has 1000 hit points, the user must heal 1500 points worth, if the subject is at 500/1000 hit points the user must still bring them to 1500 before the effect takes place.] Once the user of this technique has reached the required amount of healing, the subject's body will begin to rapidly mutate as described above and will no longer able to sustain itself without immediate medical attention.
(because this is such a high level Jutsu, I'm going to let Paper look over this one to be extra sure) No, this is two techniques not one. Either way I don't like either one as you're able to heal without much of a reprocution. Remember even tsunade's technique had a draw back for her technique, which your's is similar too, where she had a shortened lifespan because cells can only divide so many times before they stop.

Description: This technique looks remarkably similar to the Nara's Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu and can in fact be used to perform the same effects if the user wishes to, however this technique has a different purpose, to weaken and slow down the target. Instead of forcing the user's shadow up to the target's body and strangling them, the user instead has their shadow grab and constrict different points of the targets body in order to shatter and break bones so that the target cannot run away or forcefully break free.
Effect: once the target has been captured, the Nara user can direct their shadow to grab a hold of different parts of the target and twist, bend or constrict it to deal fractures and breaks as if striking with their hands. This deals rank taijutsu damage plus 50 damage per 10% of the gauge mastered to shatter or crush.

Effect: This technique allows the user to manipulate their shadow up to 1.5x their speed, increasing by 10% for each 10% of the dynamic gauge. [ie. starts at 50% speed like normal, at 10% dynamic gauge, speed is 60%, character speed 20%=70% ect.]

Description: using the basis of the art of the nara clan, to manipulate the yin and yang nature of chakra, Kokuou manipulates the Yin nature of shadows to create immaterial weapons of any size or nature that can then be used normally by him alone from a portion of his shadow. However since they are immaterial they do not actually do any physical damage, instead since the chakra nature wishes to balance the subject's chakra will be damaged in the place of health. once the blade has absorbed the chakra kokuou can siphon off the energy stolen for his own use or use the blade to send energy into an ally.
Effect: while using this technique kokuou can create any non-unique weapon as a shadowy copy, dealing damage normally with any skills, the only difference is that instead of stamina being depleted it is instead chakra that is reduced. if the weapon was held, Kokuou can absorb what was dealt in chakra damage back into himself restoring his chakra amount, or use that energy to infuse it into an ally within range. If the weapon was thrown, the immaterial weapon stays in place for one post after contact before it and the chakra contained within it dissipates.
Length: if held lasts as long as upkeep is payed, if thrown lasts one post per 10% before disapating.
Cost: 120 chakra Up keep is 60 chakra per post. (This will get you either 5 shiruken, 3 kunai, 2 small swords, OR 1 Katana with each use)
